The driving instructors know what level of practice and refinement needed for the student. They will also tell us about your good points and weak points. Very calm and patience instructors. Glad I was able to clear my practical in 2nd attempt after joining Rattens Trafikskola 😃

Very nice driving school for those who would like to start from the beginning or have some driving experience in other countries. I would definitely recommend to go there. Super experienced driving teachers together with the nice and kind reception can make your way of getting a Swedish driving license much easier.

As a total beginner in driving, I started my journey with Rattens from June 2023. I've shared a great one year with my coach Salam who is kind, humor and supportive. Driving Lessons Sollentuna
Beside studying the theoretical part of driving and rules, you’ll need practical driving practice in Stockholm. You can do it in private, with a supervisor, or here with us at Rattens Trafikskola. If you’re practicing in private with a supervisor, we recommend you to take a few lessons together with us as well. That way, your supervisor will get a better understanding of how you can teach someone to drive in a secure and effective way.
Theoretical Studies
To get your driver’s license, you need to take a theoretical test, as well as a practical test. Both tests take place at Trafikverket (a govermental agency) and you can book them through our website, or at the driving academy with our help.
Driving Supervisor Course
If you’ve decided to take your drivers license in Sweden, you’ll need to start by practicing how to drive. You can do this by taking driving lessons here at Rattens Trafikskola, or you can practice with your own private instructor, also called supervisor.
For the latter, your supervisor and yourself need to go through a mandatory course to get a permit. This is to ensure that the supervisor is suitable to teach you how to drive. You can take the course together, or separately.
Risk Course Part-1 & 2
To be qualified to take your drivers license, you need to complete the risk course that is devided in two parts. The first one, Risk course Part-1 is a theoretical course that teaches you about risky behaviors in traffic. You’ll learn about alcohol and drugs in traffic, as well as other behaviors such as tiredness and peer pressure.
The second part of the course, Risk course part-2 is a practical course where you get to learn about risky conditions in traffic. You’ll get the experience of driving on ice and water and learn about the dangers that might come along with it. It takes place in a facility outside Sollentuina.
Moped / Scooter Course Stockholm
AM driving license for moped class 1 (EU moped) Our moped course in Stockholm Sollentuna includes both theory and practice. The knowledge you gain through the theory together with the experience you gain through the practice driving you need to be able to handle the situations and problems you are faced with in traffic.
